| Shipping Policy
Your product is shipped via FedEx, UPS ground or Freight Services based on package size and weight.
* Please contact our office in case of any damage to your product due to shipping, we can send a new replacement right away and process your claim accordingly.
Order Status
After placing your order, an email confirmation is sent via email to the email address supplied with your order. The email contain your order number and order summary. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us.
If you do not receive an email confirmation with an order number, please log in to your Shopping Cart to ensure that your order was completed. In addition, please confirm that our email was not filtered by reviewing your Spam folder.
In most cases our in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will be sent email with the tracking information for your package. If you do not receive this email, please confirm that our email was not filtered by reviewing your Spam email folder.
Please allow additional time on special orders. For example, the walk-in tubs are assembled to the customer order specifications and requires production time of 3 to 4 business days. In case of multiple item order the products may be delivered from different locations and arrive on different times.
