The purpose of the Ella Glue-Up Tile Flange kit is to provide the perfect tile flange option for bathtubs and shower bases that lack a built-in tile flange.
Ella brand walk-in bathtub shells do not include an integral tile flange. The reason for this omission is our focus on maximizing interior space by minimizing the deck width to the necessary minimum. As a result, finishing tiles or wall panels over the deck should also occupy minimal space to allow for cleaning gaps between the wall and fixtures. We strongly recommend purchasing and installing Ella’s glue-up flexible tile flange for this purpose. This tile flange is constructed from a thin, waterproof fabric membrane and is perfectly suited for this application.

The Tile Flange kit contains one roll of flexible 4” wide Sealux patented waterproof membrane with integrated siliconized 1 ¼” adhesive strip, spreading spatula, cardboard alignment guide and 2 alcohol surface cleaning tissues.
This unique 0.5mm thick Sealux glue-up waterproof membrane (tile flange) serves as an innovative sealing system for the perimeter joint upstand of bathtub and shower trays. Designed to integrate seamlessly with your wall tiles or panels, the flange effectively prevents water from seeping between the bath and the tiles. This essential feature offers an extra layer of protection against long-term water damage to both the wall and the floor in the tub deck area, ensuring the longevity of your installation.
To seal the gap between the shower base or bathtub and the wall-mounted glue-up Sealux flange, a neutral-curing, sanitary-grade, 100% silicone sealant must be used. When this silicone is applied into the gap with a caulking gun and contacts the Sealux siliconized adhesive strip, it forms an unparalleled bond with both the bathtub and shower base. This creates a flexible and waterproof seal that is maintained even during floor contractions, expansions, or any joint movements.

The strip is revolutionary in design not just because it has a fleece-free pink tinged surface (a) that provides a tenacious adhesion with 100% silicone, but the strip is also reversible making it a versatile sealing solution that can be installed either during or after the installation of tubs and shower pans with and without tile flanges attached.
When the strip is installed to seal a shower base or bathtub with an integral tile flange, the pink tinged siliconized surface of the strip faces the tile flange. When the strip is installed to seal a shower base or bathtub with no tiling flange, the red tinged surface faces the installer.

24″ Hand Shower Slide Bar & Leak Elimination (5′ Hose & Coupling Kit)

The leak elimination kit includes a 24-inch long hand shower bar, a 5-foot long stainless-steel braided shower hose, and a threaded coupling for connecting to an existing pull-out shower hose. This simple kit is specially designed to eliminate water leakage through the insert hole of the deck mount hand shower. A common mistake made by contractors or customers is using the existing pull-out hand shower as a wall-mounted shower. That leaves the pull-out hand shower insert hole open for water leaks. The water will enter the hole, and therefore leaking onto the floor behind the walk-in tub. The existing pull-out hand shower is not designed for this method of installation. It must only be used while sitting, and then returned to its position after use.
The included 5-foot stainless steel braided shower hose must be attached to the existing hand shower hose with threaded coupling. The attached coupling to the existing hose must be pushed back into the hole to create a leakproof seal between the gasket and the existing hose connector. The slide bar can be conveniently installed in any location on the side or end wall. By adjusting and securing it to the desired height and angle, the hand shower can be used as a regular wall-mounted shower head. The slide bar is made of stainless steel and finished in chrome. By sliding the hand shower up or down, you can easily secure the desired positioning.
Note: If you’re planning to install a hand shower slider bar on the wall, this is a must-buy and must-install accessory to prevent leaks through the pull-out hand shower insertion hole.

- The shower column is attached to the wall with either a short or long pipe connector. (The long pipe can range between 9 3/4″ to 10 3/4″ and is installed with an extension panel/filler in an alcove installation. The short pipe can range between 2 1/4″ to 3 1/4″ and is used when there is a gap between the center of the shower column and the wall).

This groutless wall tile can be quickly installed on walls for any shower base, bathtub, or tub-shower combo.
This premium vinyl tile features a matte white surface with bluish-grey marbling that mimics the look of Carrara marble at an affordable price. Carrara marble has a light grey base with random darker silver markings that add visual interest and change with the lighting throughout the day.
Each tile measures 25.6 inches in length x 14.8 inches in width by 5 mm (0.2 inches) thick. It comes in a pack of 8. Each 8-pack covers 21 square feet.
The tile is sold in a minimum quantity of one box, which contains 8 pieces. To finish a medium-sized bathtub (the Elite model shown in the picture, 60″ x 30″ with an alcove and 3 rows of tile lining), you will need 3 boxes. There may be some leftover tiles; however, these extra tiles can be useful in case of mistakes or if longer sides are desired for the finish. - Although tiles are 100% waterproof when used with SilTex Siliconized Acrylic Latex Sealant in the seams, we recommend you follow your local building codes for wet environments like shower and tub enclosures. We recommend a 100% waterproof substrate that will prevent water from getting behind potentially unsealed areas that would cause mold or other damage.
Acceptable waterproof substrates are:
- Existing ceramic tile walls. No additional preparation required.
- Installation over waterproof substrates, such as:

Always follow manufacturer’s installation instructions to create a waterproof enclosure. Use any high-quality construction adhesive like Manus-Bond 75AM HV to adhere tiles to any surface: tyle, drywall, OSB, cement board, purple board, wallpaper. Use any high-quality siliconized sealer like SilTex 40 in tongue and groove joints for 100% waterproof joints.
